What is one thing that helped me get a job in Switzerland

Moving to Switzerland was a challenging journey, as securing a job here demands experience, language skills, and the ability to distinguish oneself from others. I am employed as a People Coach at a major Swiss company, and before landing this position, I explored various strategies to assist me. I believe one particular factor played a crucial role in my relocation to Switzerland.

I printed the Swiss flag and placed it on the fridge door to see it multiple times a day. Why did I do this, and how does it help?
In my line of work, I emphasize the significance of setting goals. Regularly visualizing your goal helps you stay connected to it and take daily steps towards achieving it. Your goal should have a name and an image, and you should place it where you'll see it frequently—like on your fridge, coffee machine, or even your bathroom door. It might sound silly, but it truly makes a difference.
By visualizing your goal, you will find yourself questioning more frequently:
What actions have I taken today to work towards my goal?
What do I intend to do tomorrow to work towards my goal?
Are there any challenges hindering my progress towards my goal?
This will encourage you to be more persistent in your applications, to examine your documents more thoroughly, to read extensively and research the Swiss market, to take German/French classes, to seek additional job opportunities and advice, learn stories of those who succeeded, and more...
Intelligent individuals set goals, but very smart people have a system that helps them achieve their goals.
This is why that paper sticked on your fridge helps you think more about that system to help you achieve your goal.
Try it, experiment and change if it does not work. But at least try.
